Valley Girls and Guys
Valley Girls and Guys

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation and thanks to all of the businesses and individuals that donated to the Valley Girls and Guys fundraising event on March 19 at Green River Community College. We raised a total of $45,752, which is $15,000 more than last year. The evening would not have been such a success without the generous contributions from sponsors and donors.

Each of the following sponsors donated at various levels as follows: love sponsors-$1,000, faith sponsors-$500 and hope sponsors from $100 to $400

Our love sponsor were Nelson Construction, Skip and Terri Frederick, Kevin Winter with The Legacy Group, Cookie Lee, Zennea Nelson and Pam Duff and Tina McDonough with Windermere.

Our faith sponsors were Cory McDonough with One.7 and Kevin Kalberg with Claffey’s Painting.

Our hope sponsors were Lexington Pacific, Kolkay Electric, Sharpe Mixers, JR Electric, Big Mountain Enterprises, D and D Flooring, Enumclaw Trophy, 2 Rise Consulting, Bob Schillereff Photography, Brummer Insurance – Farmers, Ridgeline Construction Services.

We would also like to thank Patti and Dale Jenson with Allstate Insurance at Maple Valley and Fairwood locations for being our most generous wine toss sponsor. What a great new addition and awesome tradition to begin. Thank you. Thank you to Dave and Tricia Hudson with CLS Septic Install and Repair for sponsoring our wine bar and to Uncle Sam’s Bar and Grill for sponsoring our beer bar and supplying our beer.

With the help of all the above sponsors our entire event was completely paid for and so 100 percent of the money raised went to our team.

A special thank you to Joe Fain who is running for state Senate this November, and his fiancé Steffanie Moxon for being our guest speaker and awesome live auctioneer for the night. They both did a fabulous job, touched many hearts and were a honor to have at our event.
